ACTIVITY IMPORTS

Import activity files

Bring older rides and supported exports into Corlynx using FIT, TCX, or ZIP files you already have.

Choose the right files

Use original activity exports from Garmin, Wahoo, Hammerhead, Zwift, or another service. Corlynx accepts FIT and TCX activity files and ZIP archives of supported files. Supported WHOOP exports can also add sleep and recovery data.

  • FIT or TCX: up to 20 MB per file.
  • ZIP: up to 1 GB. You do not need to unzip it first.

An export can only include what the original device or service recorded. A screenshot, summary PDF, or route-only file does not contain the same workout measurements as an original activity file.

Import into Corlynx

  1. Save the exported files somewhere your phone can access, such as Files on iPhone or your Android file picker.
  2. Open You → Data sources → Import files → Choose files.
  3. Select the files and review the selection before starting the import.
  4. Start the import. Corlynx saves and processes the files, then updates the analyses that depend on them.
  5. Open Import history to review results and any files that were skipped or need attention.

Keep your original exports. Successfully uploading a file and finishing the training analysis are separate steps.

Adding past Garmin rides

The Garmin connection brings in new data after you connect. To add older rides, download their original activity files or an export archive and import those files into Corlynx.

You can use the automatic connection and file imports together. Corlynx checks for previously imported records; review the import results for records marked as already imported.

Understand import results

  • Added: a new record was imported.
  • Updated: existing information was enriched.
  • Already imported: Corlynx recognized an existing record.
  • Skipped: an archive entry or file was not supported.
  • Needs attention: a file could not be processed successfully.

Open the file results for details. If an import offers a retry, use it for files that need attention. If the source file is invalid, obtain a fresh export before importing again.

If something is missing

There is no power, heart rate, or route

Check whether those measurements are in the original recording. Re-export the original activity rather than a summary or route-only download.

The archive contains many skipped entries

Account archives often include documents, settings, and other files that are not activity or supported health records. Corlynx lists skipped entries in the results.

My file imported but insights are still updating

Review the processing status in Corlynx. Some features need enough suitable training history and recorded measurements before an insight can appear.
