How it works
When you connect WHOOP, Corlynx imports up to one year of your available history. New supported sleep, recovery, and activity data then updates through your connection.
The first history import runs in the background. You can continue using Corlynx and check its progress under Data sources.
Connect WHOOP to Corlynx
- Sign in to Corlynx and open You → Data sources.
- Select WHOOP → Connect, then Continue to WHOOP.
- Sign in on WHOOP's page and review the requested permissions.
- Authorize the connection and return to Corlynx.
- Check that WHOOP appears as connected. Available history imports in the background.
Corlynx does not receive your WHOOP password. The connection reads your shared data without changing your WHOOP activities or controlling your device.
What imports
- Sleep timing, duration, and stages.
- HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, and supported sleep and recovery scores.
- Recorded cycling and strength activity summaries.
- Supported body measurements, including height, weight, and maximum heart rate.
WHOOP's connection does not provide strength exercise names, sets, or repetitions. Available measurements depend on what WHOOP recorded and makes available through your permissions.
Provider scores are WHOOP's own measures. Corlynx's training and readiness insights may differ because they use different inputs and methods.
Manage or disconnect
Open You → Data sources → WHOOP → Manage to control workout imports and sleep and recovery imports.
To stop the connection, select Disconnect WHOOP and confirm. You can reconnect later. Disconnecting stops future imports without deleting previously imported information.
The privacy policy explains how Corlynx uses imported information and how to request deletion.
If data is missing
The first import is still running
Review the connection status in Data sources. Larger histories can take longer to process. Keep using Corlynx while it runs; reconnecting repeatedly does not speed up an import.
History needs attention
Open the connection's Manage page and use Retry history import if Corlynx offers it. If you see a reconnect prompt, reconnect WHOOP and review your permissions.
A recent record is missing
Confirm the record is available in WHOOP, then check that the matching import category is enabled in Corlynx. Allow time for WHOOP's data to become available and for processing to finish.
Keep original exports if you want to add older records from files. See Import activity files for supported WHOOP exports, or browse WHOOP's integration help for provider-side guidance.
